Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Megababe products, but if something isn't right, we accept returns of lightly used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain personal care items may be subject to final sale restrictions.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Securely package your items in the original box or a similar mailer and attach the return shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
